Resolved Question: PLEASE HELP ME MOTIVATE!!!?

Okay, s what’s going on. I get coursework, & homework from school, and when I get started to work, I get distracted and do many things that i did’n even think about doing when I’m free (like watching a whole movie when there is four hours left to finish it). After all those, I finally have a go on the work, but suddenly, I’m not motivated – I don’t feel like doing it. (I even start with the work first)
Please give any suggestions or ideas that will keep me on task. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
